My wife organises live events — concerts, jazz nights, theatre shows — across Croatia. Like most independent organizers in Europe, she was managing everything across five different tools: spreadsheets for costs, WhatsApp for artist communication, emails for contracts, Eventbrite for ticket sales, and Instagram for promotion.
After each show, she'd spend hours trying to piece together whether it had been profitable. Artist fees were in one spreadsheet. Venue costs in another. Ticket revenue on Eventbrite — minus fees she'd forgotten to account for. The numbers never quite added up, and the process was exhausting.
So I built Eventyca. Not as a side project — as a tool she actually needed. One place for every event, every contact, every cost, and every euro of revenue. With P&L calculated automatically after every show.
